Liz McDougall, a partner in the firm's Litigation practice, focuses on Internet-related litigation, intellectual property litigation, online privacy and security issues, and complex litigation, including class actions. She handles cases in federal and state trial and appellate courts around the country. She is the former chair of the firm's national Intellectual Property Litigation practice group, and maintains an active pro bono practice.
