Daniel (Dan) Zazove

Dan Zazove, a leading practitioner in business insolvency and turnarounds for more than thirty-five years, has been recognized as one of the top attorneys in his field. He has represented numerous debtors, committees, creditors, trustees and asset purchasers in a wide range of industries including real estate, manufacturing, automotive, transportation, retail, hospitality, healthcare, legal and financial services. Dan is a prolific author and lecturer and an adjunct professor at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago.
