David Taylor represents clients in complex litigation and investigations, with an emphasis on securities and corporate governance litigation, False Claims Act litigation, corporate white collar criminal defense, SEC enforcement matters, commercial disputes, civil fraud and RICO actions. A former Assistant United States Attorney and former Co-Chair of the firm's Investigations and White Collar Defense Practice Group, Mr. Taylor also regularly leads internal corporate investigations and advises clients concerning corporate governance, director and officer liability, employee misconduct and fraud, and the design and implementation of corporate compliance programs.
