With more than 20 years' experience as a trial lawyer, David Taylor has successfully represented businesses and individuals in high-stakes litigation and investigations. A former Assistant United States Attorney and the co-chair of the firm's Investigations & White Collar Defense Practice, Mr. Taylor defends clients in the full range of white collar and government enforcement proceedings, including grand jury investigations, SEC enforcement actions, OIG investigations and others. In the civil arena, Mr. Taylor's practice focuses on securities and corporate governance litigation, director and officer liability, contract disputes, civil fraud and RICO. Mr. Taylor represents companies and board committees in internal investigations and compliance matters. His clients include Microsoft, Boeing, Starbucks, T-Mobile and Puget Sound Energy.
