Darvin Davitian focuses his practice in real estate and business. In his real estate practice, Darvin assists purchasers and sellers in all aspects of the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties and assists landlords and tenants in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and subleases. Darvin has also assisted developers in drafting various development agreements.
In his business practice, Darvin assists clients in a broad range of business transactions, including secured loan transactions, the acquisition and disposition of privately held businesses, and the formation of new entities and drafting and negotiation of operating agreements among business partners.
