Don Carney is a partner in the firm’s Government Contracts practice. He represents clients with issues involving claims preparation and litigation/ADR, bid protest cases, internal investigations, False Claims Act litigation, suspension and debarment, Service Contract Act and cost and pricing matters. He has been involved in numerous internal corporate investigations regarding the False Claims Act and other matters.
