Don Carney focuses his practice on government contracts law. He has extensive experience representing clients in bid protests, complex claims preparation and litigation, prime-subcontractor disputes, Civil False Claims Act (FCA) and qui tam actions, and suspension and debarment issues. Don has performed numerous internal investigations and compliance audits. In addition, he advises companies regarding the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA), Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
