David Anstaett is a partner in the firm’s Litigation and Patent Litigation practices. He represents clients in intellectual property and commercial litigation, frequently involving complex scientific and technical issues. David has litigated patent infringement matters in federal courts throughout the country and at the International Trade Commission. His practice also includes election and political law litigation and counseling.
