Carla Reyes, an attorney in the Commercial Litigation practice, focuses her practice on class action defense and privacy and data security. Carla has represented clients in a number of class action consumer protection cases, including those alleging unfair or deceptive conduct and violation of privacy rights. She also defends clients against illegal spamming, phishing, and other forms of malicious Internet behavior. Additionally, Carla provides specialized counseling to clients regarding international data transfer laws, with a particular emphasis on the European Union, a topic about which she has published articles several times.
