Chris Hall is a Partner in the Portland office of Perkins Coie LLP. He focuses his practice on serving clients in such areas as corporate finance and acquisitions and dispositions. Chris manages complex transactions having strategic importance to a company's future. He has extensive experience with transaction structuring, and has completed a number of acquisitions and dispositions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and reorganizations, as well as a wide range of public and private capital markets transactions and negotiated investments. Chris also represents private equity firms in fund formation and capital deployment.
