Christopher Daley-Watson, a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice, counsels clients on intellectual property law and related litigation, with a focus on patent and design protection for business methods and various technologies including: telecommunications, computer architecture and networks, software, electronics and the Internet. In addition to procuring patents in these fields, he analyzes third party patents for validity or infringement concerns. He also performs patent due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and advises clients on establishing internal patent procurement programs, innovation audits, competitive analysis, and international patent prosecution strategies. Further, he assists clients in patent portfolio management and patent monetization strategies. Christopher has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering.

He has represented numerous technology companies with patent due diligence, third party patent analysis, and preparation of S-1, merger and licensing documents, all related to corporate finance and M&A transactions.
