Laterals

For ongoing education and to individualize training to meet the needs of specific departments and attorneys with common interests, our practice groups and departments hold periodic meetings to cover new legal developments and topics of general interest. We support our attorneys' efforts to participate in independent CLE programs. Part of that support includes paying the cost of at least 15 hours of CLE credit every year for each attorney. Laterals in their fourth and fifth years of practice are invited to attend the firm's bi-annual firmwide retreat, which focuses on more advanced areas of practice and business development and assist associates in bridging the gap between associate and full partner.
