Colin Ahler is a counsel in the firm's Litigation practice, focusing on business litigation, appellate, and investigations and white collar criminal defense. Colin has authored briefs filed with various federal and state appellate courts around the country, including the U.S. Supreme Court and the Arizona Supreme Court. Colin has also assisted clients in conducting internal investigations and has represented clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including class actions, constitutional challenges, and disputes relating to contracts, insurance coverage, and real estate and land use.
Colin’s pro bono practice has included a petition for post-conviction relief in state court, an amicus brief filed with the Arizona Supreme Court concerning the selection of members to the state’s independent redistricting commission, and the representation of clients seeking asylum under federal immigration law.
