Barry Reingold has more than 25 years of experience as an antitrust and consumer protection litigator and counselor. His practice includes cases involving antitrust, mergers and acquisitions, false advertising and privacy matters in courts and before the United States Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. He also litigates intellectual property cases in court and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. A former Assistant to the Director of the FTC's Bureau of Competition, he joined Perkins Coie in 1981.
