Bruce McNamara is a partner and head of the firm's Corporate Governance and Transactions practice in Northern California. In addition, he has extensive experience representing venture capital firms and investment banks. He is adjunct professor at Hastings School of Law at University of California, San Francisco, and teaches courses in corporations law and mergers and acquisitions principles.
