Brian Jennings, a partner in the firm's Business practice, focuses on restructuring and bankruptcy matters as well as commercial transactions including aircraft sale and lease and financing transactions. He has served as bankruptcy counsel to commercial debtors in Chapter 11 reorganizations and has represented secured creditors including commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) special servicers in receivership and bankruptcy matters. Brian is certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification
