Autumn Nero focuses her practice on Patent Litigation, representing corporate clients in federal court in all stages of litigation. Ms. Nero's patent litigation experience includes representation of patent holders and accused infringers in disputes covering a wide range of technology, including medical devices, pharmaceutical patents, and mobile phone technology, with a particular emphasis on consumer devices. Ms. Nero has likewise represented clients in antitrust litigation, copyright disputes, licensing disputes, trademark counterfeiting actions, false marking actions, and civil rights litigation.
Autumn is a former contributing author to the firm's IP litigation blog, IP Litigation Update.
