Mori
| Partner
Audra Mori, a partner in the firm's Litigation practice, focuses on intellectual property and commercial litigation. She has successfully handled copyright and trademark actions in federal courts throughout the country, obtaining millions of dollars in judgments and favorable settlements for her clients. She has also counseled clients on intellectual property issues and helped them to solve brand integrity problems. Her work includes, but is not limited to, the following: management of anti-piracy litigation across the United States for a major software developer, representation of auto and apparel makers in trademark disputes, representation of video game developers and publishers in copyright disputes, and representation of an airline carrier in an unfair competition action against a travel website.
Audra has also litigated a broad array of commercial cases in state and federal courts. She has successfully defended a class action concerning a popular software program. In addition, she has represented financial institutions, churches and manufacturers in contract and tort cases.
