Allison Kendrick has more than a decade of experience in complex commercial aviation, product liability, and commercial litigation. In addition to litigation defense, she provides advice to clients and helps coordinate responses to various governmental and investigatory authorities in the immediate aftermath of accidents. Over the years, she has represented aviation product manufacturers, trucking companies, and chemical manufacturers, among others. She has also had experience counseling U.S. manufacturers in risk-mitigation and risk-allocation strategies in the sale of commercial and military products to consumers, businesses, and foreign governments.
