Allen Cannon is a partner in the firm's Government Contracts practice. He represents clients with issues involving contract claim preparation, litigation and dispute resolution; prime-subcontractor, "reverse FOIA" and Service Contract Act disputes; federal fiscal law; internal investigations; government contracts compliance; personnel and facility security clearances; and mergers and acquisitions of government contractors.
