Amanda Beane, an attorney in the Commercial Litigation practice, focuses her practice on class action defense, consumer protection counseling and litigation, antitrust counseling and litigation, and intellectual property litigation. Amanda has represented clients in a number of class action consumer protection cases, including those alleging unfair or deceptive conduct and violation of privacy rights. She has also brought and defended antitrust cases and cases involving trademark and copyright.
