Seminars

University of Washington School of Law
Brotman Galleria

This CLE is presented by the WSBA Intellectual Property Section with assistance from the University of Washington Law, Technology & Arts and IEEE IP Professionals Initiative, in association with the Washington State Patent Lawyers Association.  Additional sponsorship provided by Perkins Coie LLP.

The America Invents Act is the first major statutory change to Patent Laws in the United States in over 50 years.  The Act fundamentally changes how patents will be procured, challenged, and enforced.  So much more has changed than just the race to the patent office.  Are you ready to advise your clients?  Hear presentation on the topic at this all-day CLE.  We have applied for 7.0 hours of general CLE credits with the WSBA and .5 ethics CLE credits.
