This seminar will cover leading Supreme Court and Federal Circuit decisions from July 2013 to July 2014. The topics include patent eligibility, claim construction, infringement, validity, licenses and exhaustion, district court jurisdiction and venue, district court remedies, PTO practice, and ITC practice. We will also discuss the recent, major changes in the composition of the Federal Circuit.
