Arbitration is increasingly the preferred means to resolve international commercial disputes.  The program will provide two sessions of roundtable discussion covering the basics of international arbitration, from drafting an effective clause to enforcing a favorable award.  Presenters include renowned international arbitrators and commercial users of international arbitration who will share their experience and discuss key aspects of the practice, including:
