Speaking Engagements

International Hotel Senior Housing
868 Kearny Street / San Francisco, CA

Tuesday, April 8, 2014
6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

The Mayor has called for 30,000 new homes to be built in San Francisco by 2020. In creating these new communities and preserving neighborhoods, competing interests will need to be balanced: who is going to build new housing, what type of housing will be built, and how is this goal going to be accomplished. Perkins Coie has assembled leaders in planning, the Mayor’s Office, and the real estate industry to have a conversation on this important housing goal. Come join us at the International Hotel Senior Housing project – an important landmark on how affordable housing can be built – and hear what is certain to be a lively discussion, and maybe even some consensus.
