Overview

Gina Eiben is a co-chair of the firmwide Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice. She leads public and private companies in their M&A-based liquidity events, special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), de-SPACs, investments, and complex business combination transactions. Gina also has extensive experience representing companies in public and private offerings, and providing advice and counseling on securities compliance, disclosure matters, and corporate governance practices.

Gina represents clients in a broad range of industries, including retail, apparel, energy, transportation, and manufacturing, and she has substantial experience with transactions in software and technology.
