Seminars

The 25th Annual School Construction Workshop will be held on Friday, November 1, 2013, at the Westin Hotel in downtown Bellevue (directly across the street from Bellevue Square). By popular demand, the Perkins Coie Construction Team, including Dick Prentke, Graehm Wallace, Fred Rivera, Brendan Peters, Andrew Greene and Kris Wilson, will cover the “top ten things you should know” on a broad spectrum of topics important to school construction professionals - including site acquisition, contracting, procurement and dispute resolution - based on practical lessons learned from recent experience. We will include updates on new statutes and case law and, of course, allow plenty of time for questions and answers throughout the day. Each topic will be designed to provide useful information for nonlawyers about law-related school construction issues.

Your registration fee will include a continental breakfast, lunch, validated self-parking in the Lincoln Square garage and handout materials. Special discounts are available to districts that are members of the Washington State School Construction Alliance (WSSCA). Additional discounts are available if you register using a credit card.
