Perkins Coie is delighted to announce that David Fram, Director, ADA & EEO Services for the National Employment Law Institute will be our keynote lunch speaker. From 1991 to 1996, Mr. Fram was a Policy Attorney in the Office of Legal Counsel of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Washington, D.C. Before joining the EEOC, he was in private practice with Hogan & Hartson. He speaks extensively around the country concerning ADA and EEO issues, including testifying before Congress about the ADA and proposed changes to the law. Mr. Fram is one of the most entertaining—and knowledgeable—speakers on the ADA in America.

Continuing Education Credits

  • CLE: We have applied for 3.75 hours of general CLE credit with the Washington State Bar Association and the State Bar of California. If you are admitted in another jurisdiction, we will provide you with documentation to help you apply for credits in your state of admission.

  • SPHR, PHR, GPHR Credits: We have applied for 3.75 hours of general credit with the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) for PHR, SPHR and GPHR credits.
